MLS BOARD UPDATE EFFECTIVE MARCH 14, 2025:
We've been diligently working with our MLS Association Boards throughout the state and are making very good progress in changing over to Century 21 Masters. Before any of our MLS's allow a company name change, it is required by most of these associations that all members who are part of our company: REA, Hometown, Everest, Peak, Yarrow change their brokerage affiliation to Century 21 Masters. It is imperative that the following regions do so as soon as possible due to the company not being able to move forward without all members of that association changing their brokerage affiliation. Should there be any delays in the completion of our brokerage name change due to agents not updating their affiliation on the DRE, despite our attempts to contact them, we will proceed with disaffiliating those agents in order to prevent further disruption.

Please note: Depending on your local MLS Association, transferring all office and agent information over to a Century 21 Masters account may take a little time on their part or create a delay in you being able to update or change your listings. We have been receiving notification from some agents who have been experiencing delays at some boards. If you encounter a delay or issue, please contact your board directly.

File checklists are now ready within your Skyslope account. Under each type of transaction, you find the necessary list of documents that are needed.
Transaction Coordinators
You now have two options available to you:

1) You may hire one of our designated in-house TC's or
-
2) Hire an Independent TC from our approved TC list.

For in-house TC's you will be assigned an office administrators who has TC experience who has gone through the training with Jan French. The assignment must be made by Jan French as we have specific TC's with great experience who are covering specific regions/offices. For example, an in-house TC may be located in the Central Coast and asked to cover a file for an agent who is located in Woodland Hills. You must email Jan French directly to ask for an assignment of an in-house TC. The fee for the agent to use an in-house TC is $399.00 and this would be in addition to the $99 processing fee. For a list of recommended Independent TC's who have completed the training process, please reach out to your Regional Director or Regional Adviser or Jan French. Fees will be dependent on the TC you've selected, and a processing fee will be applicable for any/all files. We will publish a fully completed list Independent TC list after our second round of training with the independent TC's once they have completed their training on March 20th.

Commission Instructions

All commission instructions must be signed by Randy Thompson. Please email: randyt@fullrealtyservices.com

No CDAs: A gross commission check must be sent from escrow to the brokerage point person at the designated regional address (see below). Please have your escrow officer contact your designated regional contact (see below) to obtain overnight delivery instructions. Each designated regional contact has the capability of depositing the check and distribute funds accordingly based on your commission split and invoices. Agent commission disbursement will be handled internally by your designated regional contact person (see below).

ACH Payments: Your ACH information was collected within your Assignment Agreement packet. Commissions are disbursed within 24-48 hours of closing as long as the file is complete.

This form must be completed by you or your Transaction Coordinator and submitted to escrow for every transaction.

Transaction Coordinators: All agents can use their favorite outside TC or utilize one of our office administrators/TC’s who will have basic functions. Payments for TC services will be the agent’s responsibility.
