a. Skyslope Requirements

Step 1: All transactions MUST be created in your Skyslope account.

Step 2: Use Skyslope Broker Edition CAR Forms (pre-loaded with updated brokerage info) or your current ZipForms account.
Deadline: All forms must reflect the new brokerage details by March 1.
b. Training Schedule

Transaction Coordinator Training (deep dive): Training has started this week. We will have a training session for all independent TCs on March 4, 2025, at 10:30am. If you have an outside TC that you would like to use, please let us know so a Zoom invite can be sent to him/her.
Pending Transactions & Active Listings
Immediate Action: Update ALL CAR forms for pending transactions and active listings that will not close prior to March 1 with the new brokerage information. The CAC and AEA should be used along with the following documents that are applicable to your current need. All of these documents can be found in your CAR Zipforms catalog, please do not create a word document in lieu of these CAR forms.

Commission Instructions
​
-
No CDAs: We will be discontinuing the use of CDA forms. Instead, the gross commission check must be mailed from escrow to the brokerage at the designated regional address. The brokerage will deposit the check and distribute funds accordingly based on your commission split and invoices.

ACH Payments: Your ACH information was collected within your Assignment Agreement packet. Commissions are disbursed within 24-48 hours of closing as long as the file is complete.

Escrow Checks: Payable to Full Realty Services, Inc. or Century 21 Masters and mailed to the correct regional address (see Section 6). ​

Miscellaneous

Company Processing Fee: $99.00 per file. Closing booklets for each transaction will no longer be available.

Transaction Coordinators: All agents can use their favorite outside TC or utilize one of our office administrators/TC’s who will have basic functions. Payments for TC services will be the agent’s responsibility.

E & O Insurance Payment for Agent: $500 annual or $125.00 for 4 transactions, any outstanding balance of the $500 will need to be paid at the end of the calendar year.

Critical Deadlines
